What is the method of payment?

Do we collect sales tax?
We only collect sales tax in New York.

Do I have to create an account to order a Hug-E-Gram?
No. The purpose of the account is to save time checking out as well as to inform you of any special discounts we are offering.

What is your return policy?
We will replace any damaged Hug-E-Gram due to defective workmanship within thirty days of receipt. Simply ship the Hug-E-Gram back to us and we will replace it.

Do you gift-wrap?
Hug-E-Grams are shipped in a decorative, colorful box that needs no additional wrapping. Due to this, we do not have a gift-wrapping service.

Are Hug-E-Grams for everybody?
While everyone needs a hug, our Hug-E-Gram is NOT for children under than 12 years. We are developing a Hug-E-Gram for children that address their special needs. For everyone else one size fits all.

What happens if I get a stain on the Hug-E-Gram?
The Hug-E-Gram is 100% washable but it is not recommended for a washer or dryer. We recommend hand wash and air-dried.

Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes. For hospital delivery, please include the recipient's room number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. However, once your gift arrives in the hospital's Shipping/Receiving department, it can take up to a week for the patient to receive their package. Because of this, we recommend shipping to the recipient's residence as a more reliable alternative. We accept no responsibility for gifts returned to us from hospitals.

What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address for my recipient?
PLEASE be certain of your address before ordering! If a gift is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the gift to a corrected recipient address. You will be charged for the additional shipping fees.

Offer Details: A Hug-E-Gram lets you give your hug to someone when you can't be there! It is the hug that lasts. You will understand how very special the moment can be as the love and sentiment from you comes through. The Hug-E-Gram is available in 3 different colors (Black, Red or Salmon). After you order, you may record a personalized audio message that will arrive with your Hug-E-Gram. You must follow the information given to you to record your message. If you do not record a message, our system will use our Hug-A-Round song. Personalized messages must be recorded at the time of purchase. Hug-e-Gram ships UPS to the United States and Canada. Overnight and 2nd day orders placed before 1PM EST will ship that business day. Standard shipping orders and overnight and 2nd day orders received after 1PM EST will ship the following business day.
